Policies – Please read.

No refunds/exchanges will be given. EXCEPT….
The items in the collection are very fragile. If your item arrives to you and looks damaged please take a photo of it IMMEDIATELY- preferably in its package (lid off of course). Email this to me and if I believe this is an obvious shipping defect or a fault in the fabrication, you may ship the item back to A Bird In The Hair and I will repair the item. If it seems like the item has been treated with too little care, I reserve the right to charge for this repair/replacement. I will assess the type of damage and we can proceed accordingly. These are delicate items that need to be treated as such. If a defect in the manufacture of the item is found, I will replace and/or repair the item.  All shipping costs will be left up to the client.

Cancelling an order

If you must cancel an order it has to be done before the item is shipped.  You will receive notification of your item once it has been shipped and after such time it is not possible to cancel an order. Custom orders will lose the 50 percent non-refundable deposit for cancelled order.

Shipping

A Bird In The Hair  ships internationally and across Australia.
Shipping charges are determined by many factors such as weight, size of package, and delivery location. Once the order has been posted A Bird In The Hair cannot control delivery time or location. Therefore whatever address has been arranged for shipping will be the address the package shows up to. Outside of Australia a third party courier will be used.
